Owino is created by a few of us who met at our safe space (the gym) wanting to get better, faster and stronger. As fitness goers ourselves, we know the struggles of hitting your goals that we often forget to celebrate our smallest achievements - be it your first push-up or the first 5km you’ve clocked in.
